Kiteleys and the NHS

Our Southampton Office is located inside the main entrance at Southampton General Hospital. Our goal is to support the community in and around the hospital site, and to do that offer discounted rates for legal services to NHS staff, and support the Hospital Charity.

It would not be consistent with that goal if staff or visitors to the hospital thought that we might encourage or pursue legal claims against the hospital. Therefore, not only will the company not pursue claims against Southampton Hospital, but also we will not accept instructions to litigate against ANY NHS trust or body.

NHS Staff Discounts

We offer NHS staff a fixed rate of £80 for the making of a Will and we waive the cost of VAT.

NHS staff often need a Solicitor to swear or witness documents for the purposes of professional registration. In our Southampton office we are happy to offer this service.

We are happy to help, and whilst an appointment may not be necessary for an individual, we may be able to offer a specially discounted rate to a "group" who require the same or similar documentation.

Kiteleys and Southampton Hospital Charities

We understand how truly important it is to support the invaluable work that Southampton General Hospital does, and we therefore lend our support to the charity by involvement in fundraising events and Hospital open days.

We regularly attend and support the various fundraising events that occur throughout the year, and are happy to work with the legacies department on selected dates to provide wills at no cost to clients who wish to leave a legacy to the Trust.
