Amanda is the newest member of the Kiteleys team. She joined in June 2009, after graduating from Bournemouth University with an honours law degree. Amanda is a Personal Injury Fee Earner, running her own caseload whilst assisting the Partners with their larger value claims.

Andrew qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (ILEX) in 1972. He joined the firm in January 2011 as a Commissioner for Oaths specialising in conveyancing and probate. Andrew has been a school governor for over 20 years and is a keen golfer in his spare time.

Having qualified as a solicitor in 1976, David is an experienced practitioner with all-round legal knowledge. He joined the team in January 2011 and now specialises in commercial, business and property matters. David is a longstanding member of STEP, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Graham is an Associate of the Institute of Legal Executives (ILEX). As Litigation and Probate Executive, he specialises in Probate, Divorce, Immigration and Entertainment law. A number of Graham's clients are well-known ex-chart music artists and he occasionally sponsors a theatre show.

Kerry Richardson joined the firm in 2003 and qualified as a Solicitor in January 2006. Since qualification, Kerry has become an Associate of the firm. She specialises in Personal Injury, with a particular interest in disease work, having dealt extensively with noise induced hearing loss cases and asbestos injury related cases. She is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel, and was recently awarded the status of "Senior Litigator" by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

Conveyancing Executive Mandy has 30 years of experience, specialising in residential conveyancing, but also supporting the private client department as necessary. She particularly enjoys the client contact offered by her role. She is a keen tennis player and also enjoys skiing.

Paula has recently joined Kiteleys Solicitors as Practice Manager. She brings a client centred approach with her experience from the Education Sector, the Civil Service and Legal Practice, with particular skills in Administration, Communication and Financial Management. She has gained accreditation in Education Management from Warwick University, Counselling Skills from the BACP and as a Legal Executive from the Law Society.

Paul joined the Firm in September 2009 as a Fee Earner in the Personal Injury department. Paul is an experienced litigator having nine years of legal knowledge. Specialising particularly in RTA's, he has a mixed caseload dealing with both fast and multi track claims. Paul has a background in insurance making him an ideal negotiator for RTA cases. Paul's outside interests include Squash and rugby, both as a player and as manager of the Bournemouth Rugby Football Club under 9s team.

Richard Mildren started with the firm in 2005 and qualified as a solicitor in February 2007. In 2008 Richard has become an Associate, specialising in Personal Injury Law and undertaking a broad range of work. Richard also specialises in Employment Law, taking a particular interest in Unfair and Constructive Dismissal cases.

Samantha first joined the firm in 2005 as a placement student. After graduating from Bournemouth University in 2007 and completing her Legal Practice Course in 2008, she was recruited as a Trainee Solicitor. Samantha works extensively on personal injury cases and also deals with Matrimonial and Employment. Samantha has qualified as a solicitor in March 2011.

Susan qualified as a Solicitor in February 2001 and has specialised in Wills, Probate and other Private Client matters since that time. Although originally from South Yorkshire, Susan recently moved to Bournemouth to join Kiteleys. In her spare time Susan enjoys walking her two Miniature Schnauzers and is keen to experience all the wonderful attractions on offer in our part of the world!
