If you booked your holiday as a package deal through a tour operator, then your tour operator, owes you a duty of a care to ensure your safety whilst on holiday. This means that they, together with the airline and the staff at your hotel, owe you a duty to make sure you are provided with a safe and hygienic environment in which to travel.
