Since May 2010 Kiteleys Solicitors have been using the so-called "New Claims Process" to resolve claims quickly, and with as little inconvenience to you as possible. In some instances it has been possible to settle claims in weeks, rather than years, although we will never encourage you to settle a claim prematurely, or without ensuring you have received the best possible medical treatment.

Many of our clients approach us having received a telephone call from their own insurer, or the insurer of the motorist who caused the accident, offering to settle the case immediately or instruct a solicitor to deal with the case on their behalf.

Our advice to you is that you should never accept a settlement without taking independent legal advice from a solicitor that you have instructed to consider all the facts, and to consider what is in your interests. Remember, an insurer will be putting their shareholders interests above yours!
